SMS terms
Driver text messages
Aaron Wilson Logistics sends text messages to truck drivers hauling loads we have brokered. Messages ask for load status, such as current location, estimated arrival time and delivery confirmation, and may request a photo of the signed bill of lading.
- How you opt in: Carriers and drivers opt in one of two ways:
- By checking the SMS consent box in the Aaron Wilson Logistics carrier setup packet. The box is unchecked by default and shows the consent wording, message frequency, the message and data rates notice, and links to these SMS terms and our privacy policy.
- By texting our number first. We reply with an opt-in confirmation message.
- Message frequency: Varies by load, typically a few messages per day while a load is in transit.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
- Help: Reply HELP, call (541) 205-5530, or email teamhollister@aaronwilsontransportation.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
