What we collect

We collect the business contact details that shippers, carriers and drivers give us to arrange and track freight: names, company names, phone numbers, email addresses, and load and delivery information.

How we use it

We use this information only to quote, book, track, invoice and support the loads we broker, and to reply to your questions.

Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share information only with the service providers that deliver our messages and run our business systems, and only as needed to provide those services.
